A legion unit with a limit break, once activated you choose one of his mate and that unit will loses his cost for the [Act] skill. Which means, Dragonic Kaiser Vermillion skill is now a free cost when LB4 is activated.
Know the true meaning of the power of Kaiser when facing this both guys; As your front row will never be the same every turn. With a free cost and -2 units down from opponents field in one attack, now your opponent will think twice before handing down a front row RG when facing them each turn/
Now let's talk about stride. I did talk about -2 cards in front row every turn when limit break is acquired. One of the best combo to this guy. When your oppenent drop only 1 front row RG, you can stride this card. With his skill of retiring 1 opponent's RG when stride and in return all your front row RG will have an increase power of +5000 for every open RG circle in opponent. meaning if there is no opponent front row RG, all your front row will gain a +10000 of total power.
